01 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout:
- "Platform" means the hyp77 website at hyp77.net, including all associated pages, features, game content, and the mobile-optimised site.
- "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the hyp77 platform or who accesses any part of the platform.
- "Account" means the registered player account held by an individual on the hyp77 platform, associated with a unique username and verified personal identity.
- "Real Money Balance" means Philippine Peso (₱) funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering and withdrawal, exclusive of bonus funds.
- "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spin winnings, or reload funds granted by hyp77 subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
- "Wager" means any bet placed on a game, sporting event, or other outcome available through the hyp77 platform using real money or bonus balance.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and hyp77 internal compliance procedures.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating online gambling in the Philippines.
- "GCash / PayMaya" means the Philippine e-wallet payment services available as deposit and withdrawal methods on the hyp77 cashier.
02 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the hyp77 platform — including creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
Your acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of the following: (a) completion of the account registration process; (b) your first deposit to the platform; or (c) your first wager placed on any game or sports market available through hyp77.
These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and hyp77, whether written or oral, relating to your use of the platform.
03 Eligibility & Age Verification
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on hyp77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine law for participation in online gambling activities.
- You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of another individual or a corporate entity.
- You are physically located in a jurisdiction where access to online casino and sports betting platforms is legally permitted at the time of play.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of hyp77 or any affiliated entity.
- You are not self-excluded from online gambling platforms in the Philippines or under any active PAGCOR exclusion order.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
hyp77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account pending age verification. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be forfeited in full and any deposited funds returned in accordance with applicable law.
04 Account Registration
4.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual player is strictly permitted to maintain only one registered account on the hyp77 platform. Operating or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. hyp77 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate registrations.
Upon discovery of multiple accounts, hyp77 reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled wagers placed through those accounts, and forfeit any real money and bonus balances without obligation of refund, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
4.2 Account Information Accuracy
You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and up to date. hyp77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. hyp77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified hyp77 of a security compromise.
4.4 Account Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting hyp77 support at [email protected]. Before closure, you are required to withdraw any remaining real money balance. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Closed accounts may not be reopened for a minimum cooling-off period as determined by hyp77 compliance procedures.
05 KYC & Identity Verification
hyp77 is required under its regulatory obligations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests and upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
- Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID.
- Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the past three months and showing your registered residential address.
- Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or document confirming ownership of the GCash or PayMaya account, or bank account used for transactions on hyp77.
- Source of Funds: In cases where transaction volumes trigger AML monitoring thresholds, hyp77 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of deposited funds.
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time period specified by hyp77 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or temporary account restriction. hyp77 processes all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws.
06 Deposits & Withdrawals
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
hyp77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱) through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. No foreign currency conversions are applied on the hyp77 platform. All transactions are denominated, settled, and displayed in Philippine Peso.
6.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit on hyp77 is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account verification tier and the payment method used. Current deposit limits are published in the Cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.
6.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have completed the required KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being processed.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours, subject to network conditions of the respective e-wallet providers.
- Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within standard Philippine banking timelines, which may vary depending on the receiving bank.
- hyp77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.
6.4 Restrictions on Withdrawal
Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Any withdrawal request that would result in a negative real money balance after accounting for pending wagering requirements will be declined until the relevant requirements are fulfilled. hyp77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity or terms violation.
07 Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by hyp77 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out in this section and the promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds for sports bets, time limits, and maximum win caps applicable to each bonus are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse
hyp77 prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets to exploit bonus terms, using automated betting patterns to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other strategy that hyp77 reasonably determines to be inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. hyp77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is suspected, and to permanently close the accounts of players found to be engaged in systematic bonus abuse.
08 Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on the hyp77 platform — including JILI slots, PG Soft titles, Pragmatic Play games, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, and fishing games — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable, or use live dealer infrastructure with regulated dealing procedures for live table games.
Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and house edge information are available within each game's information panel. hyp77 does not modify game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any individual game round on third-party provider platforms.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, hyp77's technical logs constitute the authoritative record of the game outcome. If a malfunction prevents a fair game round from being completed, the wager for that round will be refunded to the Player's account balance.
Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as reported by the designated officiating body. hyp77 reserves the right to void bets on events where the integrity of the result is under official investigation.
09 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hyp77 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
- Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the platform.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the platform while under 21 years of age or while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not permitted by hyp77.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to generate credits or gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
- Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade AML reporting thresholds, or using the platform for any purpose related to the proceeds of illegal activity.
- Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a legitimate transaction processed through the hyp77 cashier.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing hyp77 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.
- Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, game assets, or intellectual property belonging to hyp77 or its game providers without express written authorisation.
10 Responsible Gaming
hyp77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe gaming environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful and we take our duty of care to players seriously.
10.1 Player Tools
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered hyp77 players through the account settings dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you of how long you have been playing during a session.
- Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying time elapsed and net session results.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place any wagers.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the hyp77 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property
All content on the hyp77 platform — including but not limited to the hyp77 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, icons, images, audio, video, game content, and software — is the proprietary property of hyp77 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hyp77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not confer any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content or software.
Game titles, provider logos, and associated intellectual property displayed within the hyp77 game lobby remain the exclusive property of their respective providers, including JILI Technology, PG Soft, and Pragmatic Play, and are used under licence.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hyp77 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill.
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages.
- Losses arising from interruption to the platform due to technical maintenance, server downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures beyond hyp77's reasonable control.
- Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their account credentials.
- Losses arising from decisions made by the Player based on information published on the hyp77 platform, including game statistics, sports odds, or promotional content.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit hyp77's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The hyp77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, although we take commercially reasonable steps to ensure platform reliability and security.
13 Privacy & Data Protection
hyp77 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on hyp77, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during the registration, KYC, and account operation process is used for: account management, identity and age verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, AML compliance, regulatory reporting to PAGCOR where required, and the provision of customer support services.
hyp77 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where required to deliver the services described above (e.g., KYC verification providers, payment processors) or where required by applicable law.
14 Amendments to These Terms
hyp77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hyp77 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by publishing a prominent notice on the platform homepage, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required for immediate legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
Your continued use of the hyp77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the regulations and directives issued by PAGCOR as the competent gaming regulatory authority.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the hyp77 platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation in the first instance. Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation may be referred to the appropriate regulatory or judicial body under Philippine law.
Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by hyp77's internal dispute resolution process may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels.
